Policy and Claim Inquiry

  • Policy Inquiry displays detailed information for active, inactive, recently cancelled, or lapsed policies including pdf's of decs, forms, bills, etc. Complete information regarding policy term, total policy premium, next scheduled activity, and scheduled payment information is displayed in an easy-to-read format. Detailed screens display additional risk information and other interests for most commercial and personal lines of business.

  • Policy Inquiry includes a detailed transaction history showing lifetime summary of payments, endorsements, billings, and other transactions processed by your system. The result is an accurate, up-to-date picture of a policy's status, which translates into fewer inquiries to the home office.

  • Claim Inquiry gives agents a view of open and recently closed claims. Detailed information regarding policy term, date of loss, description of the loss, claim status, and the total loss amount paid-to-date is accessible. The total paid amount may also be hidden from view until such time that the loss is closed. Reserve information is never shown for an outstanding claim.
