Provides quick and easy access for agents or internal staff to create, rate and view a quote.
The system provides flexibility through extensive use of carrier specific rates, edits, underwriting rules and predetermined drop-down menus to quickly select or change coverage levels and deductibles.
The system supports ACORD and company-specific application.
Information is readily available to the agent through web-access, providing for immediate feedback with the insured. The agent has the flexibility to view, print or email the application to the carrier.

“Pricing with Changes” is the hybrid version that allows agents and underwriters to make changes to policy data, including back-dated changes, utilizing their user-friendly equip® Pricing Application – the same software used during the original submission to the carrier.
Current policy data is downloaded to the agent’s browser where changes as minor as address updates or as complex as adding/deleting vehicles is accomplished. Pricing with Changes accurately updates each history segment based on one effective date automatically processing the on-set/off-set transaction; bringing the policy and billing data up-to-date.
Pricing with Changes provides visual indicators of the policy data fields that were modified, while ensuring the data integrity of the policy. Notification is provided through Pricing with Changes if the underwriter has made changes via the host Policy Processing system.
The application provides underwriters the ability to electronically accept or reject a change, and if accepted, they can automatically issue the policy.
