Scott Kissinger has been a partner of First Internet solutions since its inception in January, 1999. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations, scheduling and planning, and client relations.
Scott’s career started in 1981 at Supreme Data Systems as Computer Operations Manager. His responsibilities included the daily operations of the company’s IT services, and development of software for a commodities firm to aid in the tracking of investments. Scott’s P&C Insurance experience began at Strategic Data Systems, a leading provider of software solutions to the property and casualty insurance business, in 1985. He started as an Application Analyst/Programmer, eventually progressing to become Project Manager, where he was responsible for the software installation and ongoing services of over twenty clients.
Scott left Strategic Data Systems in 1995, and started a new company, Alternative Solutions, Inc. (ASI). ASI’s staff of 14 professionals provide consulting and IT services to P&C Insurance companies throughout the continental United States. Scott holds a BS in Management from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, WI.

John Roska has been a partner of First Internet Solutions since it’s inception in January, 1999. He is responsible for the hardware infrastructure, security, data storage, disaster recovery, and deployment of software to the Internet.
John’s career spans more than 20 years in information management positions. He began his career in the financial sector, coordinating financial information systems, providing daily support for data services to more than thirty financial institutions, and implementing and managing customer support programs and personnel. His next position took him into the manufacturing arena as a Senior Systems Analyst and later as a Systems Project Leader at the Kohler Company. John was responsible for coordinating and implementing new methods of testing, and coordinated beta testing and user acceptance testing of newly developed software. John also served as Data Processing Manager and Operations Manager at Poly Vinyl Company, where he was responsible for implementing a new ERP management system. As Operations Manager he coordinated the strategic and daily management of the production, engineering, distribution, quality assurance, purchasing, and maintenance departments.
Since 1997, John has owned and operated First Internet Alliance, an Internet Services business. FIA provides WEB design, hosting, internet access, and a full line of networking products and services. John holds a BBA in Business Administration-Finance from The University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, WI and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, WI.

Brian Schaff, CPCU has been a partner of First Internet Solutions since
January 2001. He is responsible for the design and development of
new applications.
Brian has spent over 20 years working
in the design, development, installation, and support of software
systems for the property & casualty insurance business. His
P&C experience began at Strategic Data Systems, a leading provider
of software solutions to the property & casualty insurance
business. He started as a programmer and progressed to become the
Assistant Vice-President of Installations. Later, Brian served as
Manager of Development and Network services at the Boeckh Company, the
leading supplier of residential and commercial property valuation
solutions to the property and casualty insurance sector in North
America. At Boeckh, he was responsible for the development and
maintenance of the full line of Boeckh software products, in addition
to the support of the in-house company computer systems and networks.
Since October 1997, Brian has owned
and operated Schaff Software Consulting, a business focused on the
needs of the property & casualty insurance business. Schaff
Software Consulting has clients throughout the continental United
States and in Latin America. Brian holds a B.A. in Mathematics
and Computer Science from Heidelberg College, Tiffin, OH, and an MBA
from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. In 1993, Brian
earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
