Form Printing & Image Archival

• FISPrint is First Internet Solutions' complete policy and billing notice print solution.  FISPrint creates declaration pages, endorsement forms, and bill notices.  Customized forms and bills are easily created, along with ID cards, SR-22 and SR-26 forms.
  
  
• Forms are designed using standard word processing software.  Once design of a form is complete, it is saved in its original format, and then saved a second time as a Portable Document Format, or PDF.  Data fields are then mapped to the document, and the completed PDF is then saved to the production FIS servers for inclusion in the appropriate print job.
  
  
• Browser-based applications permit the carrier to easily maintain the forms, define number of copies, the recipient of the copies, and the order in which the forms print.
  
  
• FISPrint also permits image archival of printed documents.  Print images are available for online reference via the Policy Inquiry software.  The printed documents may be retained indefinitely, providing a permanent archived image.  Since image retrieval is available to both the carrier's employees and agents, the need to print home office copies, and mail agent copies, is all but eliminated.
